  • SocialPilot limited to Facebook

Are you tired of keeping up with all your social media presence, and wish there was a better way to maintain it? SocialPilot is your answer. It’s an ideal addition to small businesses, a marketing agency, or even a full enterprise corporation.

SocialPilot is a social media management tools where you can add all of the major platforms and schedule posts, all from one place. In their own words, “You can Analyze, monitor, & report your social media performance.”

Do want to manage your social media team more efficiently? Let your team create and schedule posts, then you can review then apply updates before sending final approval.

Another beneficial feature is Social Inbox. Get messages from all your Facebook accounts in one place!

How does it work?

Once you have subscribed to the platform and connected your accounts, you will then have access to creating and scheduling your posts from within the platform. You’re also able to analyze your audience and see who engages with your posts. If you use Facebook, you can can their Facebook Analytical Tool to gain a better understanding of your audience. Some of the areas you can analyze are: Post Performance, Post Engagement, Audience Growth, Audience Engagement, Demographics, and many more. There are similar areas to view in for other profiles, such as Instagram or Twitter, but we will go into more detail in our post accompanying this review.

Pros and Cons

The first pro we believe is price. They offer 4 plans, which we will cover in our blog post. There most popular plan in $85 per month. This enables you to have 50 social media profiles, 5 users, and unlimited clients. Also included is: 15 RSS feeds, Social Analytics(Web and PDF), Social Inbox, and more. Secondly, is accessibility. We think it’s very benefical to haev one platform managing other resources. You can schedule posts in advance, without having to worry if you remembered to post or not.

A con we have seen in the community is support can reply quickly, but it may point to their FAQ area. It may be wise for them take a bit more time a personalize the help. We haven’t had any issues with their support, but we believe they are certainly willing to help you in anyway they can. Another con currently is Social Inbox is only for Facebook. But, they are looking at making it available for more platforms. However, if you only use Facebook, then it’s great!

We know you won’t be disappointed using their software to manage your online social presence.  You may even get some time back in your day to focus on other projects with the time you save.
