Features

Social Inbox is their message inbox for your Facebook messages.  If you get messages or comments on multiple posts, they will appear in the Social Inbox.

You can mark certain messages as done if many people aren’t interacting with them. With the organization of the platform, if someone has an issue, you can reply quickly and keep your great customer service going.  You can even add images and gifs to your messages! Need more people managing Social Inbox?  You can delegate access to others and have many eyes monitoring for comments or concerns.

Social Inbox will definitely help in monitoring Facebook feedback, especially if you’re managing other clients social media.  In addition, you could even have different employees monitoring specific clients so there’s a dedicated person the company can contact for issues.

Social Media Scheduling is a great feature to schedule posts on any platform. Going on vacation, but need posts to send during the week?  First schedule those posts before going on vacation and leave the stress of forgetting to post behind.

You can tailor each post to a specific area.  For instance, as the SocialPilot team put it, “Ditch the ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach and boost engagement with app content marketing.” It’s great that it isn’t limited to a specific platform as well.  Schedule posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, or any other major social media platform.  There is also a carousel post option where you can have swipeable carousel posts for LinkedIn and Twitter!  But, if you get confused by all the different client posts, filter the calendar to show the client you’re working on.

If you don’t mind always being connected, with the iOS or Android app, you can post at anytime.  However, there is also a browser extension to share spontaneously if you see something that others need to see as well.

That was just a couple of the features of SocialPilot.  We encourage you to take a look at all the other features they offer.  Similarly, they have Social Media analytics to see how your posts are performing, and Client Management to manage several clients securely, without having to always give you the credentials.
